About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Go-To-Market (GTM) Systems to lead our GTM Systems team. This role is responsible for the administration, development, and optimization of our Salesforce platform and all systems connected to it across the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate has deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, experience managing cross-functional teams, and a strong understanding of how systems and data flow drive go-to-market success. This leader will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure our systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the GTM systems strategy to support business growth, aligning technology investments with go-to-market needs.
- Lead and manage a team of admins and developers responsible for Salesforce and connected tools (e.g., CPQ, HubSpot, Totango, SalesLoft, Gong, etc.).
- Oversee Salesforce architecture and governance, ensuring scalability, data integrity, and security.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to optimize system integrations and workflows that improve seller productivity, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Establish and enforce best practices for system configuration, change management, release cycles, and documentation.
- Partner with RevOps, IT, and business stakeholders to define business requirements, evaluate new technologies, and lead systems implementation and enhancement projects.
- Monitor system performance and adoption, leveraging metrics and feedback to continuously improve the user experience and process outcomes.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases and ecosystem trends to proactively recommend enhancements and innovation.
About you
- 10+ years experience in Salesforce administration, development, or systems architecture within a B2B environment.
- 5+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role.
- Proven success managing GTM tech stacks that include Salesforce and integrated tools such as CPQ, marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and sales engagement platforms.
- Deep understanding of CRM data models, lead-to-cash processes, and SaaS business operations.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading complex system initiatives end-to-end.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect) are a plus.
