About the Role
The Director of Revenue Operations, reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, will lead a team responsible for driving operational excellence across the customer lifecycle. This role is critical to enabling revenue growth, improving go-to-market efficiency, and delivering insights that shape strategic decisions. The Director will collaborate closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Product, and Finance.
The Director of RevOps will be responsible for translating strategy into scalable systems, ensuring data integrity, and delivering actionable insights that empower GTM leaders to make better decisions, faster.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop the Revenue Operations team, driving accountability, prioritizing initiatives, and fostering professional growth.
- Revenue Insights & Reporting: Own the development of dashboards, models, and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into pipeline health, bookings, churn, customer activation, and revenue performance.
- Monthly Executive & Board Reporting: Lead the monthly reporting process for go-to-market performance. Own the creation and delivery of board-level GTM metrics, including analysis of pipeline, CARR, activation, churn, and sales efficiency.
- Forecasting & Planning: Partner with Sales and Finance to support forecasting, territory planning, and capacity modeling.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in lead-to-cash workflows to increase speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Systems & Tools: Partner closely with the Director of GTM systems to ensure the CRM and RevOps tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, Looker, Gong, etc.) are optimized to support GTM strategies and enable self-service reporting for stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue across departments. Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, CX, Enablement, Product, and Finance to support strategic initiatives and launch planning.
- Data Governance: Establish strong data integrity practices and ensure reporting reliability across GTM systems.
About you
- 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Strategy, or related fields in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Expertise in Salesforce and related RevOps tech stack (e.g., CPQ, HubSpot, Looker, Gainsight, or Totango).
- Proven ability to build scalable processes, lead cross-functional initiatives, and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics.
- Clear, concise communicator who can distill complex data into actionable insights.
