Second Nature is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our Account Based Marketing programs. This role will report to our ABM Manager and partner closely with our Events, Sales Development, and Creative teams.
About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in Second Nature’s growth by supporting and executing various digital and onsite programs. This role will build and assist with top of funnel (ToFu) lead generation programs for our Sales team to drive brand awareness and revenue around our Resident Benefits Package.
Role Objectives:
- Manage and support campaigns consisting of, but not limited to: direct mail, paid ads, email, and events
- Collaborate with ABM Manager to launch digital marketing programs
- Partner with SDRs on outbound cadences for marketing campaigns to maximize leads, pipeline, and campaign success
- Drive impact by creating and executing digital campaigns that will drive MQLs, and pipeline
- Assist the events team with and pre-and post-event communications (internal and external).
- Support onsite event setup and takedown, ensuring all materials and equipment are ordered and accounted for
- Turn successful campaign experiments into repeatable programs to increase team efficiency and impact
- Measure, track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns
Key Competencies:
- Campaign Execution
- Collaborating on campaign concept and metrics with ABM Manager
- Building and launching landing pages, workflows, and emails in Hubspot for field dinners and hosted buyer campaigns.
- Experimenting with top-of-funnel email campaigns before launching at scale in the sales org.
- Supporting sales teams with campaign overviews and helpful assets
- Manage, track, and report on campaign progress
- Event Support
- Administrative and logistic support for onsite events twice a quarter
- Managing pre and post event communications for all 36 field dinners in 2025.
- Crossfunctional Collaboration and Organization
- Working with stakeholders across multiple teams such as marketing, events, creative, sales development
- Ability to support multiple programs at once
- Provide weekly updates on campaign progress and results to marketing team

- Continue to build Second Nature’s brand awareness in the rental property industry
- Grow and enrich accounts that fit Second Nature’s ICP
- Nurture leads until they become handraisers
- Support sales teams with qualified leads that will turn into revenue
About you:
- Experience with in-person events, digital marketing programs, or sales development
- Familiarity with marketing and sales technologies such as Hubspot, Salesforce, Postal.io, Salesloft and other relevant tools
- Motivated, engaged self-learner, self-starter, growth seeker
- Strong writing skills and experience creating content for emails or landing pages
